What do I need for a virtual tour?

Plus Safe or Pro Vault, a PNG or JPEG floor plan, and at least one ready 360° panorama per linked hotspot. PDF-only plans are not enough for the minimap tour.

Is virtual tour included in my plan?

Virtual tour viewer and optional private share require Plus Safe+ when hotspots and panoramas are complete. BYO floor plan upload works on every plan.

Can I try it in the demo vault?

Yes. Open the [interactive demo](/demo), switch to the Floor Plans tab, and explore floor plan hotspots on the sample property — no signup required.

Does Concierge set up virtual tour?

Yes. Concierge Capture includes full setup of your virtual tour. Your certified capture partner shoots the room panoramas, creates and uploads your professional floor plan, places the interactive hotspots linking the layout to your panoramas, and activates the virtual tour so it is ready to use in your vault.
