In-app floor plan editor (Plus Safe+)

Plus Safe and Pro Vault subscribers can create floor plans inside Cadastre — trace walls, pair an optional Bluetooth laser measure, import Apple RoomPlan on supported iPhones, or upload a PDF/PNG you already have. Verified plans publish to agent share links, forensic PDF exports, vault backup, and virtual tour when 360° panoramas are linked. Concierge Capture partners deliver professional plans through the same Cadastre editor — no third-party scan apps.

Ask Doc on the marketing site

Meet Doc — our optional AI assistant on public pages and signup flows. Choose Voice (microphone) or Chat (text only, no mic). Doc answers sales and onboarding questions about Cadastre Home, can guide you to relevant pages as you browse, and keeps the conversation going across page changes. You'll see a short AI disclosure before your first session. Find the launcher in the corner on marketing and auth pages. For signed-in account help, use Contact or Dashboard → Help.

Year-round evacuation prep

Every property now has an Evacuation prep tab: document locations (without uploading passports or deeds), a portable grab-list, and an evacuation PDF on Basic and above. Available year-round — not only during storm season.

Nested container inventory

Plus Safe+ subscribers can organize items inside safes, drawers, closets, and boxes. Bundle receipts on a container can cover nested items. New inventory filters — Containers, Nested, and Empty containers — on Verify → Inventory.

Expanded disaster alert coverage

Notification settings now include severe thunderstorm, tsunami, volcano, and winter storm alerts alongside hurricane, flood, wildfire, tornado, freeze, and earthquake. Hail risk is covered via severe thunderstorm alerts, matching how NOAA issues those products.

Room types in capture

Assign a room type when you add or edit rooms during capture — kitchen, bedroom, garage, and more. Room type helps vision dedupe stay accurate in bedrooms and other multi-item spaces.

Production site launch
Pre-launch ends when cadastrehome.com goes fully live — public signup, vault access, and paid plans. We're working through final security, billing, and ops checks before we flip the switch. We'll post a shipping note when registration opens.

Our native mobile app for Android is next after production launch. It will bring in-app Insta360 and GoPro pairing, offline capture sync, and our zero-local-retention upload pipeline to your phone. We'll announce availability on Google Play when it's ready — timelines can shift as we finish testing.
