These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cadastre Home, LLC ("Cadastre Home," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using cadastrehome.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. By using Cadastre Home, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may only use the service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
2. Service description
Cadastre Home provides home documentation software that helps homeowners create pre-loss property records including room-by-room photos, 360° virtual tours, AI-assisted inventory, and adjuster-ready export files. We also offer optional professional on-site capture through our Certified Capture Partner program ("Concierge" service).
Important disclaimer: Cadastre Home does not provide insurance advice, legal advice, or public adjuster services. Export files and documentation produced by the platform are tools designed to support your insurance claim — claim outcomes depend entirely on your specific policy, carrier, and adjuster. We make no guarantee that any documentation produced by the service will result in a specific claim outcome. Furthermore, while the platform utilizes SHA-256 cryptographic hashing to verify the data integrity of generated reports (proving the file has not been altered since generation), Cadastre Home does not verify, audit, or warrant the real-world accuracy, truthfulness, or completeness of the underlying media, inventory items, or receipts uploaded by the user or an independent contractor.
Insurance tracking (optional): Insurance tracking and coverage analysis in Cadastre Home are educational tools only. They compare your documented inventory and the limits you enter against industry-typical benchmarks. Cadastre Home does not determine coverage, interpret policy language, bind insurance, or provide legal or public adjusting advice. Confirm all limits, exclusions, deductibles, and claim outcomes with your carrier, licensed agent, or counsel.
Policy document uploads: When you choose to upload insurance policy PDFs (declarations pages, endorsements, or related documents), we store them in your private encrypted vault alongside other property media. Policy documents are included in vault backup ZIP exports you initiate, remain until you delete them or your account, and are never published on marketing pages or sent to carriers automatically. When you voluntarily create an agent, attorney, or adjuster share link, recipients you choose can view policy PDFs and other documented insurance details you have stored.
Cadastre Home does not automatically parse or OCR policy PDFs in the current release. If we introduce optional automated extraction in the future, we will update these Terms and request separate consent before using your policy documents to train machine-learning models.
3. Accounts and subscriptions
Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@cadastrehome.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscription billing
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing interval (monthly or annual) until you cancel. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal. Prices are displayed at checkout and may change with 30 days' prior notice.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we will retry the charge and may notify you by email. Accounts with outstanding balances beyond a 7-day grace period may be downgraded to a free plan, have their administrative capabilities restricted, or be suspended until payment is resolved.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not prorate partial-period cancellations except where required by applicable law.
Professional directory
Cadastre Home maintains public directories of insurance attorneys, insurance agents, and real estate agents at /attorneys, /agents, and /realtors. Listings may be created by self-service application, admin entry, or automated sourcing from publicly available business information.
We use SerpAPI to discover publicly listed businesses and may use Apify to extract business contact emails from firm websites when a website is known but no email is available. Sourced listings are reviewed internally before outreach.
Some directory profiles are unclaimed: we display limited public business information and offer a claim workflow so the business can verify ownership. Unclaimed listings do not expose direct contact forms until claimed.
Claiming a listing requires a Cadastre Home account whose email matches the business email on file or the firm website domain. By claiming, you confirm you are authorized to represent the business.
The same login may hold an independent homeowner vault subscription and a separate professional partner listing. Billing and entitlements for each role are managed independently.
Featured and Preferred directory placement may require a paid partner subscription or wallet credits — see Partner Wallets & Virtual Credits below. Outreach to unclaimed business listings is governed by our marketing email policy: We send CAN-SPAM compliant B2B outreach from partners@cadastrehome.com to professionals whose listings we believe are relevant. Every message includes an unsubscribe link. Outreach stops when a listing is claimed or you opt out.
Partner Wallets & Virtual Credits
Verified B2B partners may purchase "Cadastre Home Credits" in bulk at a discount to generate "Gift Vouchers" for their clients. Subscription plans for B2B partners may distinguish between 'People' (end-user profiles being documented) and 'Team Members' (administrators or staff managing the account). If applicable to your subscription tier, the number of 'Team Members' may be strictly capped, and exceeding these administrative caps will require a plan upgrade. Anti-"Buyers Club" Policy: Bulk discounted purchasing is strictly reserved for verified professional partners acting in a B2B capacity. Resale, unapproved pooling, or syndication of discounted bulk subscriptions by consumers ("Buyers Clubs") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
Zero Cash Value: All "Cadastre Home Credits", "Partner Credits", and "Gift Vouchers" are virtual promotional balances. They hold zero cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be transferred outside the platform, and are strictly non-refundable. Standard users may purchase single Gift Vouchers at retail price, which are subject to the same zero cash value terms.
Gift Voucher redemption: Gift Vouchers issued by verified B2B partners may be created in any custom dollar amount (subject to the partner's wallet balance) and are not tied to whole subscription months. Each Gift Voucher is single-use: the recipient applies it on one eligible paid checkout for a Cadastre Home subscription, Concierge Capture, Concierge Care, or other homeowner add-ons. Concierge services and add-ons require Plus Safe or Pro Vault. The discount applied at checkout is limited to the price of the primary product in that session; any unused voucher value is forfeited and does not carry forward. Gift Vouchers may not be combined with other promotional or coupon codes at checkout. Gift Vouchers may not be redeemed for partner bulk credits, partner directory subscriptions, or cash.
Closing Partners & Gift Vouchers
Cadastre Home offers a Closing Partner program for title companies and real estate agents. Approved Closing Partners may purchase Cadastre Home Credits and issue Gift Vouchers as optional promotional gifts to their own clients at closing. Closing Partners are not listed in a public professional directory and do not receive directory lead routing.
Cadastre Home Credits, Partner Credits, and Gift Vouchers hold zero cash value, are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be transferred except as an issued Gift Voucher to an end customer for use on Cadastre Home. Credits and vouchers are not compensation for the referral of settlement services.
Gift Vouchers issued by Closing Partners are optional promotional benefits directed to the consumer (buyer or seller client). They are not kickbacks or referral fees between settlement service providers. Participation in the Closing Partner program is not conditioned on referring title, escrow, or other settlement business to Cadastre Home or to any particular provider.
Closing Partners are responsible for offering gifts lawfully to their own clients and must not represent that Cadastre Home is required to close a real estate transaction. Featured directory placement does not apply to Closing Partners.
The same login may hold an independent homeowner vault subscription and a separate Closing Partner wallet. Billing and entitlements for each role are managed independently. A single account may not simultaneously hold a Closing Partner profile and an attorney or insurance-agent directory partner profile.
B2B invitation emails about the Closing Partner program are governed by: We may send CAN-SPAM compliant B2B invitation emails from partners@cadastrehome.com to title and real estate professionals about joining the Closing Partner program. Every message includes an unsubscribe link. Outreach stops when you opt out or submit an application.
Homeowner Referral Program
The Cadastre Home Homeowner Referral Program is available to active subscribers on Basic, Plus Safe, or Pro Vault plans. Free Starter accounts may not generate referral codes. Referral credits are awarded only when a referred user completes their first paid purchase. Credits have zero cash value, are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are bound exclusively to the earning account. Referrers may earn credits for a maximum of five (5) successful referrals per calendar year. Cadastre Home reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time.
4. Concierge capture service
Concierge is a one-time professional on-site capture service performed by Certified Capture Partners. Concierge fees are charged at booking and are separate from your subscription.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable unless rescheduled.
- No-shows forfeit the session fee.
- Capture Partners are entirely independent contractors, not employees, partners, or agents of Cadastre Home. Cadastre Home operates solely as a technology marketplace connecting you with localized third-party field capture services. Consequently, Cadastre Home completely disclaims all liability for, and you waive any claims against us regarding: (a) property damage, bodily injury, or theft occurring during an on-site capture session; (b) the professional conduct, scheduling delays, or quality of work delivered by the Capture Partner; or (c) any failure of the Capture Partner to capture specific assets. Your sole legal recourse for any field incident lies directly and exclusively against the independent Capture Partner and their respective insurance policies.
5. Refunds
Monthly subscriptions: cancel anytime, no cash refund for unused days. Annual plans: 14-day full refund on initial purchase if paid features were not used. Concierge Capture: your card is authorized at checkout and charged only after a capture partner accepts; if we cannot assign a partner, the hold is released without charge. Cancellation refunds follow our 48-hour appointment schedule — see our Refund Policy for details.
See our Refund Policy for full details, including state-mandated cooling-off rights where applicable.
6. Intellectual property
Your content
You retain full ownership of all photos, 360° panoramas, documents, and other content you upload to the service ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant Cadastre Home a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and will not use it for any purpose beyond operating and improving the service.
Our platform
The Cadastre Home platform — including its software, design, trademarks, brand assets, AI models, export templates, and documentation — is owned by Cadastre Home, LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
Feedback
If you submit ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the service, you grant us an irrevocable, royalty-free right to use that feedback without restriction or attribution.
7. Acceptable use
Cadastre Home is for honest pre-loss documentation. Integrity features such as SHA-256 hashes on exports prove a generated file has not been altered since creation; they do not verify that your uploads are truthful, complete, or current. You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you document, export, and share.
You agree not to:
- Upload unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful content.
- Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the platform.
- Abuse API rate limits or automated access in a way that degrades the service for others.
- Create, support, or present fraudulent insurance claims; disaster-assistance or recovery applications (including FEMA or other federal, state, or local programs); loans; grants; tax filings; or legal proceedings.
- Misrepresent ownership, occupancy, property condition, loss or damage, item values, receipts, policy limits, or any other material fact to insurance carriers, agents, adjusters, attorneys, contractors, lenders, government agencies, authorities, or other third parties.
- Alter, backdate, or misrepresent vault media, inventory records, export files, cryptographic hashes, timestamps, or share links to make documentation appear more favorable, complete, or authoritative than it truthfully is.
- Use agent, attorney, adjuster, or other voluntary share links or forensic exports to deceive any recipient about what was documented, when it was captured, or what it proves.
- Use a consumer subscription to document properties you do not own, occupy, or hold an insurable interest in, or to operate a documentation, inventory, or claims-preparation service for third parties.
- Resell, sublicense, pool, syndicate, or transfer access to the service outside approved Partner Wallet Gift Vouchers or other written B2B agreements with Cadastre Home.
- Exceed self-serve property limits or use consumer checkout for property-management portfolios, broker programs, or other commercial multi-client documentation — contact us for volume or partner pricing instead.
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement, insurers, regulators, or other affected parties when appropriate.
8. Your data
You may export your personal data and schedule account deletion from Profile → Data & privacy in your dashboard. Download a complete vault backup from Dashboard → Backup. Deletion includes a 30-day grace period before permanent purge. Active subscriptions are cancelled when account deletion is scheduled.
We recommend exporting your vault data before cancelling or deleting your account. Download a vault backup from Dashboard → Backup (see our Vault Backup guide ). We are not responsible for data loss caused by user-initiated deletion or failure to maintain offline backups of critical exports.
