Redemption rules for your clients
- Custom dollar amounts — choose any value from $1 up to your wallet balance (not whole months).
- Single use — each voucher applies on one eligible paid checkout; unused value does not carry over.
- Eligible purchases — any paid DIY subscription, Concierge Capture, Concierge Care, or homeowner add-ons.
- Concierge requires Plus Safe or Pro Vault — clients need a spatial DIY plan before Concierge or add-on checkout.
- No stacking — gift vouchers cannot be combined with other promo codes at checkout.
