Free Starter and Basic can upload, view, and replace a PDF or PNG they already have. Cadastre editor creation, hotspots, and virtual tour viewer require Plus Safe or Pro Vault.
Verify before export
Draft geometry stays editable until you verify dimensions. Published plans attach to agent share links and forensic exports automatically when your tier includes those features.

How it works
Step 1
Open your property vault → Floor Plans tab.
Step 2
Upload a PDF /PNG you already have (any plan), or create a draft with Plus Safe+.
Step 3
Optional: pair a Bluetooth laser in the native app, or type measured dimensions on web.
Step 4
Verify dimensions, then export PDF and PNG to your vault (Plus Safe+ editor).
Step 5
Plus Safe+: place floor plan hotspots and preview the virtual tour; create a private share link when ready.
Free tier vs Plus Safe+
Free Starter and Basic can view a floor plan when Concierge or an operator attached one to the property. Creating, editing, and exporting plans requires Plus Safe or Pro Vault — bundled in subscription, not sold per scan.
