Use our template or any sheet with an Item column. Room is optional. Download CSV template.

Add a property, then open Dashboard → Import.

We create rooms and items. Review on Verify, attach receipts, then run an adjuster-ready export.
How it works
Step 1
Download the CSV template (or export a spreadsheet with Item and optional Room columns).
Step 2
One row per item: Item (required), Room, Quantity, Replacement Cost, Serial, Category.
Step 3
Save as .csv or .xlsx, then upload below.
Step 4
Review imported items on Verify, then run an adjuster-ready export when ready.
Formats we accept
CSV and Excel (.xlsx) are the happy path. ZIP (sheet + photos) and text-based PDF s are supported when a table is detectable.
