Upload one .insp photo or 360° panorama per room. Most Insta360 files contain both lenses in a single file.
Some 5.7K 360° captures split into two files (_00_ and _10_). If you see a matching pair in the Insta360 app, select both together.
Note: Video files (.mp4, .mov) and raw GoPro files (.360) are not supported via web upload. Please stitch GoPro files to .jpg first or use the native mobile app.
